Sachin Chowdhry - Broker

Sachin Chowdhry was born and educated in India, where he earned degrees in business, commerce and accounting. For fourteen years, he was responsible for exploring and developing new global markets for Filte SPA, an Italian textile company. As their Director of Marketing and Sales, Sachin traveled extensively to Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East.

In 2001, Sachin and his family settled permanently in the United States, where he served as a financial and management consultant for small businesses. Sachin restructured numerous companies facing bankruptcy and managed businesses during hostile takeovers and mergers. As a small business owner himself, he operated a chain of fast-food restaurants.

Sachin began his real estate career as a property manager of a large portfolio of real estate properties, expanding from managing and leasing to real estate sales.

Sachin and his wife, Daisy, raised two children in West University Place and Meyerland, before settling in Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland. They own the Monart School of Art, which is located in the Bellaire/West U & Pearland.
